This time last year…
…I was in a street in Makati, jumping for joy. I was laughing and crying all at the same time in a public utility vehicle and I couldn’t care less. And so did my mother. My Mama watched me go crazy with proud eyes. And she led me to the EDSA Church later to hear Mass and the Perpetual Help Novena and I remember thinking a million thanks would not do to thank Him for His blessing. <3
This time, last year, I passed an exam that marked a milestone for me as a nurse, and opens a hundred doors of opportunities. This time last year, everything was good and beautiful.
And until this time, I can’t help but cry out my thank you’s to God who was so generous with wisdom and strength. THANK YOU, GOD. <3
To you who’s going through a rough time, to the dreamer who’s losing strength and focus, here’s what I say to you: Don’t dare quit! Because you can really make those dreams happen. We have God not just our ally, but He’s the King who’ll stand beside you, and would make it come true for you if you commit to Him.
So what are you waiting for? Now is the time to turn to Him. Now is the time to let Him lead you, dreamer. Let Him. ;)
